"Mary Neilson in Tiveatron daughter of late James N. Coppersmith in the west port.
Joseph Neilson, Combmaker 16 Leithsoynd,? (or is it Leithwynd) Canongate, top storey."
They had children as follows
Joseph 23/1/1816 HS College Church parish
Mary 17/3/1818
James 23/9/1820
Isabella 1830
Mary 9/11/1832
