Louis Dallimore - posted by Peter
Does anyone know of Louis Dallimore from the Isle of Wight.
He was listed in the 1920 Kelly's directory as a carrier of goods and the 1927 Kelly's shows him to be a Taxi cab proprietor.
He operated around the St Helens and Nettlestone area but in 1930 he was named as being a greengrocer (where his shop was is unknown but I believe it to have been in St Helens).
The spelling of his name changed between Louis and Lewis
He was born in 1880 and died in 1952.
He married Rose Helena Fanny Morris and they had one Child Cecily.
Any information on Louis or his Business or his family would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.
