Born in 1948 at North Manchester Hospital, Crumpsall, Susan Mycock went to Alfred Street School at Harpurhey, Saxon Nook and Langley Secondary Modern.

She has many happy memories of playing with friends in Boggart Hole, Clough, Blackley

Firstly living at Kenyon Street, Blackley and then at Searness Road at Langley she later married to become Mrs Susan Allen.

Susan has worked for Marshall Ward and Tootals.

People she knew well from her formative years were Joan Lowe, Pat Wilkinson, Eileen Bryson, Carol Faux and Margaret Strutt, to name but a few.
